    Note: This is a 3 days tournament. After that will be a 4 days Boosterama tournament - the same board, but all plants are boosted. Short tournaments have proportionally smaller tournament rewards.

    Note: Practice is available 1 day early (Sunday) (Wednesday for Boosterama). New tournament starts tomorrow (Monday) (Thursday for Boosterama). Enter Arena leaderboard first so that the game "knows" your current league, then enter Practice. Otherwise zombies will be too weak (Soil level probably) compared to real Arena and your strategy will not work as good as you think.

     

    Non-boosterama special rewards: my prediction - #5 Cold plants pinata.

    Boosterama special rewards: my prediction - #5 Cold plants pinata, #7 premium pinata x2.

    Cold plants pinata (6 plants): Cold Snapdragon, Snow Pea, Missile Toe, Iceberg Lettuce, Winter Mellon, Hurrikale.

    Note: Cold plants pinata is very close to Winter-mint family. It contains all Winter plants except Arena seasonal plants (Ice Bloom and Boingsetta). It also contains Hurrikale from Contain-mint family.

     

    It's a re-run of tournament #47 with added Buffz&Bruisez - my thread.

    Locked plant: Snow Pea.

    Sun: 3000. Note:

    Plant Food: 0 at the start. Note: 6 PF from tombs.

    Time: 3:00.

     

    Banned: Blover, Magic&EB (Caulipower, Witch Hazel, Hypno-shroom, Shrinking Violet, Electric Blueberry), all sun production (11 plants), the usual 6 (Perfume, Gold Leaf, etc).

    Note: Enchant-mint is available. Devs probably forgot to include it in the magic ban group (for some time we had the same issue with Shine Vine & Enlighten-mint: they were available while sun production was banned - it was fixed later).

    Zombies: Peasant (Bucket), King, Punk, Imp Cannon, Super-Fan Imp, All-Star, Garg Prime.

    Note: It's a good idea to try Magnet-shroom against King's knighting power. You get the same scores for removing/destroying a helmet. But Magnet-shroom does it faster, i.e. more zombie waves and more scores. If King knights the same Peasant again then you get scores for removing a new helmet. Also Magnet-shroom instantly kills Punks.

     

    Lawn: Carts column 7-9.

    Note: If you move a cart with a plant very fast you can trigger All-Star tackle without loosing the plant.

    Tombs: 1-2 tombs appear regularly on free tiles. Total =6 PF tombs, =5 Sun tombs (100 sun each). After that 3 ordinary tombs appear regularly (in my matches it happens after 30 sec left). Tombs prefer columns 5-6. If you can't destroy them fast enough then they cluster there. If there is no free tile in the beginning then a tomb often appears on column 5 lane 1.

     

    Buffz: Winter-mint (+100%).

    Bruisez: Pepper-mint (-50%). Note: see Buffz&Bruisez explained for bruised special attacks.

    Ineffective: No.

     

    Minimum info about your strategy: league, plant levels/mastery and score. Or you can post screenshot with the score. Otherwise it's hard to understand whether your strategy will work for other players with different plant levels/mastery and in different leagues.

    I recently joined PVZ2 back from a break in 2014. I love the variety of plants and I'd like to get them all (I'm the type of player that likes very long games that require grind, so leveling plants system made me go back, I like grinding but in an exciting way.) and I sometimes buy premium plants for 0.99 USD when they are on the 3x value sale, however I think Missile Toe is a big middle finger from the EA. 12.99 USD for a plant that isn't even good in meta strategies since it requires micro and costs 500 sun at base, it's just a remake of the PVZ1 cob cannon like the Banana launcher with a cold effect but more expensive and costs a ridiculous amount of money. I hope they make it gem-premium or seedium. If you need the chill effect just get a winter melon since it's faster, has 3x3x3 area effect and costs the same amount. If it was 4.99$ like other plants, then just MAYBE, I would buy her for Feastivus, but 12.99 USD? We already have not much updates for PVZ2 and it will probably be discontinued or lose all popularity when PVZ3 is remaked in the next year or two. What do you think?

    10 gem offers - As far as I know you can buy those 80 times per device which means 800 seeds. My question is, is the price capped at some point? Or does it increase 3 gems each time you buy it, resulting in 247 gems for the 80th buy?
