    I feel bad for those people who bought all the premium plants, I already bought 10 of them but I don't have Explode o nut, if they release any of the plants I bought as a seedium, I think I'd lost my shit. Haha nah. I'd be happy for these new players that they don't have to buy some of these premiums, especially the kids who can't afford them.

    I think the one possible plants to be released as a seedium in which I already have is Strawburst. Such a cool and strong plant.

    Title says it all. I'm taking a break from PvZ for a while (maybe until the end of the next season) because I've gotten really burnt out with this game. I'd like to take some time to explain some of the issues I've had with the game up to this point.

    It started in mid January, during the Ultomato season. I had never won in Jade before, but I decided that I may as well try at least once. Plus, I had several thousand gauntlets thanks to a glitch, so that wasn't an issue. I just needed to put in a bit of time. Tournament starts and two people rush way ahead of everyone else (like 500 first day) and I end up having to sit out the first day because I was studying for exams. By the 2nd day they are all over 800 so I give up that week and will try again the next week.

    Come next week and it's pretty much the same. This time, though, I am able to pull ahead and end day 6 (of 7) with about 1300 crowns. 2nd is at 900 so I thought it'd be safe. There were around 12 hours left in the tournament. But tomorrow, about 10 minutes before the end of the tournament, I end up in 2nd with the other dude now at 1400. At this point I give up with Jade and fall back to gold the next week. I think you've figured out the first point by now; It's really easy to get burnt out with the game from playing too much. Maybe it's partially my fault for thinking I could compete in Jade, but the point stands. There isn't a whole lot of incentive to play in Jade and this happens a lot.

    Another issue is the EA has been converting a lot of premium plants to seed packet unlocked plants. On paper this sounds good, but it isn't. EA makes more $$$ off of these then regular premium plants. Think of this: A premium plant costs $5. Seed Packet Plants always come in bundles, which are like $15 or $20. Even if you don't buy the plant, they still make money off of the extra ads you would be watching since you would be playing more. Also, I had bought most of those plants many years in the past, but what if there was someone who bought it the day before? It's a dumb system overall and I would much rater just pay $5 and get the plant.

    Speaking of ads, they are still broken. Ads for rewards not appearing, ads freezing, ads being served every 5 seconds, NSFW ads, 2 minute ads, ads causing crashes, etc. This needs to stop. Also since 7.8.1's release it seems like making a purchase doesn't disable forced ads anymore. Yet this was never stated anywhere (unless there is a source I am unaware of). The lack of transparency with major issues in the game is getting out of hand, often times having to wait days for answers or deal with the unhelpful support. Remember how at the start of this season there was an issue where people weren't getting the correct amount of seeds for the Blooming Heart? Not only did it take 2 days to change 2 characters in the code, but no compensation was awarded to anyone that was affected by it. They didn't put the missing seeds as a free offer in the shop or anything.

    Also, personally, I feel like the devs aren't putting as much effort into the game anymore. That's not to say they're bad at their jobs, far from it, but there is a noticeable decline in the quality of recent updates. Stuff like plants not being available in the shop correctly, daily deals not refreshing, updates rolling out at different times as if there's some sort of A/B test going on, etc. Also the Penny's Pursuit perk refresh bug, all of which should've been found by someone at the testing team.

    So to summarize, in case you skipped all the way to the bottom, I'm taking a 1 month break from PvZ because of the lack of motivation to play, bugs galore, and numerous little issues that still haven't been fixed. That and because Penny's Pursuit is a huge letdown. Sorry for any grammatical errors that might be here, it's late.
