    Note: This is 3 days tournament. After that will be 4 days tournament - Boosterama - the same board, but all plants are boosted. Short tournaments have proportionally smaller tournament rewards.

    Note: Practice is available 1 day early (Sunday) (Wednesday for Boosterama). New tournament starts tomorrow (Monday) (Thursday for Boosterama). Enter Battlez leaderboard first so that the game "knows" your current league, then enter Practice. Otherwise zombies will be too weak (Soil level probably) compared to real Battlez and your strategy will not work as good as you think.

    Note: During early practice zombie scores are probably influenced by the current tournament week. When new week starts scores can be different. You still can find the best strategy, but absolute scores can be higher or lower.

     

    Non-boosterama special rewards: my prediction - #5 Missile Toe.

    Boosterama special rewards: my prediction - #5 Missile Toe, #7 premium pinata x2.

     

    Locked plant: Missile Toe.

    Sun: 0.

    Plant Food: 3 at the start.

    Time: 3:00.

    It's a recap of week #40 - main thread, ZombossLab High Scores1, ZombossLab High Scores2.

     

    Banned: Cauli, Cold Snapdragon, Winter Melon, sun production (Sunflower, Twin Sunflower, Primal Sunflower, Sun-shroom, Moonflower, Gold Bloom, Enlighten-mint, Toad, Sun Bean, Solar Tomato), the usual 6 (Perfume, Gold Leaf, etc).

    Note: I said it 1 year ago and say it again: Cold Snapdragon and Winter Melon are banned during Winter-mint buff - what kind of twisted level design is this? It's their day to shine, especially for Winter Mellon.

    Zombies: Christmas (Piano, Poncho), Explorer, Torch, All-Star.

     

    Pre-planted Frozen: C2 =5 Sunflowers, C3 L2&4 =2 Winter Melons, C4 L2-3 =3 Missile Toes, C6 L1&3&5 =3 Cold Snapdragons.

    Pre-planted: 4 Lava Guavas C3L3, C5 L2-4.

    Note: Lava Guava will warm plants, but the problem is it can't warm 2 Sunflowers at L1 and 5.

    Note: Lava Guavas are lvl10, don't know about the rest.

    Ambushes: Swashbuckler 5 to C5 every ~20 sec, after 1:30 every ~10sec.

    Note: if you spam Blover then you see only blue scores at C5 for insta-killing them.

     

    Buffz: Winter-mint, Reinforce-mint

    Bruisez: no

    Ineffective: Enchant-mint

     

    Minimum info about your strategy: league, plant levels/mastery and score. Or you can post screenshot with the score. Otherwise it's hard to understand whether your strategy will work for other players with different plant levels/mastery and in different leagues.

    Is it worth maintaining win streak for tournament?

    I lost on the 6th win streak by a small margin n had a dilemma deciding to maintain my win streak for the 6th win(7mints) and 7th win (10 piñatas) does spending 20gems to maintain win streak reset the difficulty of the opponents, cuz i noticed when ever u lose a match, the difficulty of ur opponent seems to be reseted.

    All the plants were not worth or cashiums. I was thinking that I would be able to buy n upgrade alot plants so have been saving on my gems all this while. (abt 1.2k left)

    Help on getting the PvZ2 Chinese version?

    I know the Chinese version is commonly hated (Because, Recent posts I've seen about it..) Though I wanted to get it to experiment (if you could call it that). I'm an IOS user, so do I just change the App Store to China?

    All the mods we've seen in the western side of the PvZ community are visual-only, or cheats, like infinite sun. But in China, there's mods like PvZ Plus and PvZ Beta, the latter of which adds a whole new set of roof night levels, without replacing any existing levels. Have we ever successfully done anything similar in the West?
