    ayo whas good, it's me your favourite mod you have no personal issues with (no), here to tell you the pvz wikia server that we recently merged with, has set up a personal QnA with the industry legend, Peter McConnell!

    [Arena] Hocus Crocus - Hocus-pocus!

    Note: Practice is available 1 day early (Sunday). New tournament starts tomorrow (Monday). Enter Battlez leaderboard first so that the game "knows" your current league, then enter Practice. Otherwise zombies will be too weak (Soil level probably) compared to real Battlez and your strategy will not work as good as you think.

     

    Special rewards: my prediction - #5 Enchant-mint family pinata.

     

    Locked plant: Hocus Crocus.

    Pre-planted: 2 Hocus Crocuses (at your current lvl) column 1 lanes 2 & 4.

    Sun: 1500.

    Plant Food: 3 at the start.

    Time: 3:00.

     

    Banned: the usual 6 (Perfume, Gold Leaf, etc).

    Zombies: Imp Mermaid, Roman Basic, Dodo Rider, Robo-Cone, Disco-tron 3000, Rockpuncher, Excavator, Swashbuckler, Imp Cannon, Bug Bot Imp, Weasel Hoarder, Deep Sea Garg, Gladiator Garg.

     

    T.Rex: up to 3 T.Rexes.

    Raiding party: 1-5 Swashbucklers jump on column 5 every 20 sec.

    Bot swarm: 2-5 Bug Bot Imps jump on columns 5-9 every 20 sec.

    Sandstorm: 2:00-2:15 (once per match), 2 Rockpunchers are delivered up to column 3.

    Note: T.Rexes, Raiding party, Bot swarm and Sandstorm are triggered by certain number of zombie waves. Specified time is an example of my practice matches (video below).

     

    Buffz: Bombard-mint (+100%).

    Bruisez: Spear-mint (-50%). Note: see Buffz&Bruisez explained for bruised special attacks.

    Ineffective: No.

     

    Minimum info about your strategy: league, plant levels/mastery and score. Or you can post screenshot with the score. Otherwise it's hard to understand whether your strategy will work for other players with different plant levels/mastery and in different leagues.

    So ive been trying to get the old version of pvz 2 with the old map working, but even after ive made the folder 'com.ea.game.pvz2_na' in the obb folder and pasted the obb file, the game still says it cant find the resources. This happens on both NA and ROW (and yes for row i did rename the obb file to match). Could anyone please help me out on this, i really wanna be able to back to the old map for nostalgia again.

    Edit: i tried version 1.5 and it does indeed work!
