    Suggestions to improve Endless Zones

    Posted: 19 Oct 2020 08:28 PM PDT

The endless zones in PvZ2 are fun, but get old pretty fast (at least for me). While they're a great source of coin farming and it's really satisfying to kill hundreds of Gargantuars in one level, I think they could use some freshening up. However, even now I agree that the limited seed bank (at first) and having to build a defense each level is a welcome difference from Survival Endless. Regardless, here are a few suggestions I have. Feel free to share yours as well.

    1. Level up zombies with player levels. When your plants are high level, even super high levels of Endless Zones pose much less of a challenge to the player. To keep the player's plants balanced with the zombies, zombie levels should increase too.
    2. More perks. After you get all the plants you have, the cards are just power ups, lawn mowers, plant food, or sun. If more unique perks/buffs were available from these cards, each level could feel a lot more fresh. Taking a page from the Penny's Pursuit book, some of the perks like the push back zombies or faster recharge could be nice to see in endless zones.
    3. Rewards other than money. To encourage players to play, perhaps every few levels players could unlock rewards either for completing a certain number of levels or beating their high score. They could, for example, include coins, gems, pinatas, or even bring back the mystery gift boxes.
    4. Buffs and Bruises. Using the same winter melon spam strategy can get a bit dull after 100 levels. To spice it up, after the player has a large number of plants at their disposal, buffs and bruises could be implemented to force one to use the plants they don't use as often.
    5. Different modes. In general, I would like to see a version of Endless Zones more similar to Survival Endless for people who liked its style better. Maybe even a version of Last Stand Endless would be a possibility.

Overall, Endless Zones are fun but can get a bit dull after a while. These are my suggestions to spice things up a bit, but I'd love to hear yours too. Thanks!

After long thinking i finally bought witch hazel.. not regretting. Really cool, unique plant that is also good. So now i was thinking is there a way to get it to lvl 8 without spending more money? Penny‘s Pursuit will still give me another 120 seeds (which is not enough, obviously)

    Conceal-mint

    Posted: 19 Oct 2020 09:16 PM PDT

Hey everyone. Hope you're all having a great day/night.

Was just wondering whether conceal-mint is worth upgrading. Personally I rarely use shadow plants, and have amassed about 500 candy so far. I'd personally much rather save the candy for next cycle to hopefully get and level up a Reinforce-mint or Appease-mint. I've already unlocked the conceal-mint but just don't feel like levelling it.

Any input would be lovely, thanks in advance!

Ghost Pepper not in my store

    Posted: 19 Oct 2020 08:24 PM PDT

Hello. I just started playing this with my son. We got the 100 gems for verifying email and wanted to see what we should buy. People said the ghost pepper and he has is in his shop I do not though. Are shop specific to people? Do I need to reach a milestone or something first? Any ideas?

    Apple mortar or Jack O’Lantern?

    Posted: 19 Oct 2020 07:40 PM PDT

So, earlier I hopped on PvZ 2 to check the shop, play some arena etc. And there I saw it, the jack O'Lantern, so I was about to purchase it when I realized "I can get any plant that costs 7 dollars." And then the Apple mortar caught my eye. I ended up buying the Jack O'Lantern but was it the right choice?
