[Arena] Explode-o-Nut - Hair Metal Attack Posted: 10 May 2020 11:13 AM PDT Note: This is 3 days tournament. After that will be 4 days tournament - Boosterama - the same board, but all plants are boosted. Short tournaments have proportionally smaller tournament rewards. Note: Practice is available 1 day early (Sunday) (Wednesday for Boosterama). New tournament starts tomorrow (Monday) (Thursday for Boosterama). Enter Arena leaderboard first so that the game "knows" your current league, then enter Practice. Otherwise zombies will be too weak (Soil level probably) compared to real Arena and your strategy will not work as good as you think.
Non-boosterama special rewards: my prediction - #5 Explosive/Bombard-mint family pinata. Boosterama special rewards: my prediction - #5 Explosive/Bombard-mint family pinata, #7 premium pinata x2. Explosive/Bombard-mint family pinata (7+1 plants): Cherry Bomb, Potato Mine, Primal Potato Mine, Escape Root, Grapeshot, Bombergranate, Explode-o-Nut +Strawburst. Note: Strawburst is a limited time plant, it may be excluded from the pinata. After EoN became seedium it was excluded from Explosive pinata in the shop, so it may be excluded too.
It's a recap of Week #6, #18 and #65. My thread #65, Boosterama #65. Locked plant: Explode-o-Nut Sun: 5000. Plant Food: 3 at the start. Time: 3:00
Banned: Blover, Hypno-shroom, Shrinking Violet, Caulipower, Witch Hazel, the usual 6 (Perfume, Gold Leaf, etc). Zombies: Pyramid, Ice, Tombraiser, Prospector, Jester, Wizard, Parasol, Captain, Weasel, Discotron, Sunday News, Hair Metal Garg. Be prepared! Hair Metal Gargs come right from the start! There are a lot of them. Note: I've said it many times, I don't think Jester and a lot of starting sun is a good combination. Huge amount of sun makes available many damage dealers, that are not often used. But Jester significantly limits the choice.
Raiding party: Swashbucklers jump at Column 5: 2:25 =2, 1:50 =5, 1:25 =5, 0:50 =5, 0:15 =5. Be careful with what you plant at C5. Note: may depend on the number of zombies killed instead of time. Lawn: 3 sliders L1C8, L4C5 (down), L5C9. 2 Frozen Wizards next to sliders L1C7, L4C4.
Buffz: Contain-mint (+100%), Reinforce-mint (+100%). Bruisez: No Ineffective: No
Minimum info about your strategy: league, plant levels/mastery and score. Or you can post screenshot with the score. Otherwise it's hard to understand whether your strategy will work for other players with different plant levels/mastery and in different leagues.

Posted: 10 May 2020 10:50 PM PDT Guys I need your advice. My diamonds were reduced recently even though I didn't use them. From 4k+ diamonds were now reduced to 3k+. Is this a bug? [link] [comments]

What order of worlds should I do in PVZ2? Posted: 10 May 2020 10:25 PM PDT I have already played the first 5 levels of each world (Egypt and Pirate Seas are ~13, only 1 in BWBeach and none in Modern Day), so what order should I do? [link] [comments]

Q: What, in your opinion, is the best/worst PvZ2 world? Posted: 10 May 2020 12:56 PM PDT Note: I haven't really gotten into Big Wave Beach or Modern Day, so I won't be taking those into account. In my opinion, the best is Wild West. The minecarts are a really good mechanic, trading off consistency for flexibility. None of the zombies are really annoying or unfair, the closest thing being Chicken Wrangler, and the plants aren't half bad. None of them are useless, and that makes Wild West a worthwhile experience. The worst is Lost City. It drags on WAY too long for it's own good, and doesn't have the mechanics to support that longer world. I find many of the zombies to be annoying (Turquoise Skull, Excavator, Imp Porter, Bug) and most of the few Plants you get from the world aren't that useful, with the one exception of Stallia. It is a slog and I will not be replaying it anytime soon. [link] [comments]
