Favourite non-meta plants?

What's everyone's favourite plants that don't get used very often? I see a lot of people go on about the same plants, but there are plants that I love using despite the fact they aren't competitive. Dandelion (no surprises there) and Dazey Chain are two of my favorites, despite the fact they aren't competitive compared to plants that are used as part of the meta. What's everyone's favorites outside of the plants used the most?

Meta plants (in my opinion) include:

Primal Potato Mine

Explodo-Nut

Primal Sunflower

Caulipower

Pokra

Bowling Bulb

Chard Guard

Blover

Moonflower/Dusk Lobber + Shadow Peashooter

Gold Bloom

Imitater (I know it technically doesn't count but shh)
